"Trying to get a windshield replacement covered is proving to be impossible. They try to force you to use safelite instead of the dealer service center and when you don’t, won’t let you know how much of the cost they will cover. We went to the dealer and had the work done and accepted they may not cover as much as we hoped but didn’t want to risk a poor job with safelite which has really bad reviews. Now it’s been 3 months since the claim was submitted and they keep emailing asking for details that were already provided. We’ll be switching from progressive insurance as this experience was terrible for a minor claim."

"Make sure to get your own estimate for your vehicle repairs, the damage on my car is more then the cars worth I get it but shouldn't I get the blue book value for my car then? They sent me a check for 600 bucks which i never agreed to anything or amount now my children and I are driving a smashed car that's definitely not safe ,"
