"My wife and I have been trying handle things dating back to October . Finally had time to do blood work and scheduled call to review and I explained to them this time you HAVE to call on time. Call scheduled at 12 her lunch is 12-1 and can not be on phone after. Last time the did same thing and ended up calling at 1:28... hour and half late. You are messing with people health... heart issues etc... how about you care! You took an oath and not living up to it. Were moving else where and going report this office use caution been 10 weeks and still in dark on wife's health because they won't communicate with patient in a timely manner."
"I was having a panic attacked to the point I was about to pass out and was ushered out of the room so fast, I had to go to the bathroom and sit in there for a few minutes to calm down. When I asked to speak to the doctor about my prescriptions when I first walked through the door for my appointment, instead they changed my full physical to a blood draw only and never let me see the doctor. When I tried to confirm some things with the front desk worker, she gave false and inaccurate medical advice. This place is a walking malpractice lawsuit waiting to happen. If you value your health and well being, do not go here. If you are ok to be giving health advice that will end your life, not being seen by your doctor when directly asked to see your doctor when you have a medical appointment already, booked a month in advance, if you are ok with being practically thrown out after you tell the staff you are not good with needles and need a minute, then start breathing hard and panicking and nearly passing out when they kick you out of the room because the blood draw was finished and they only care about billing you and not your health. This is the place for you! If you value your health, life and hope your doctor will listen to you when you ask a question, this is not the place for you."
"Been going here for about 4 years now.. honestly my biggest complaint is that the blood techs/nurses only know the most uncomfortable method of wrapping a puncture site. I frequently get blood taken and they never know what I mean when I ask for a criss cross wrap. It's a pretty small problem but if there's one thing I think could be improved its this. Friendly, professional, and punctual staff though as always."
"I have been coming to this doctors office for many years. Today is my last straw. I can’t believe the way I’m being treated right now. I went early this morning as a walk-in and saw a new doctor and everything was fine and she told me she would send over a prescription right away. I am very sick and needed an antibiotic immediately. The new doctor Natalie, said that she would call in a prescription to Sams Club immediately which is my pharmacy. That was three hours ago. I drove back and I’m now waiting to talk to someone to get a copy, because Sams Club told me to come back with a prescription because I puked all over thier floor. Here I wait…"
"I have been a patient here going on 7 years but due to my experience today am seriously considering a change. The only reason I am giving any stars is because I liked Dr Turner and the care he gave me. If you call and try to make an appointment or talk to anybody, forget it because no matter when you call it goes to voicemail with no return call. I have never had a follow up call regarding tests or blood work. If I wanted to find out I had to make another appointment. I haven’t really followed the billing and what they charge my insurance but after reading some reviews I now wish I would have. I called this morning to see if I could get in for an ear cleaning. My ear had been bothering me for a few days and just hard to hear and a lot of ringing. I left a voicemail but after a few hours I decided to drop in to see if they could possibly fit me in. I have had this procedure done there before and it doesn’t take long and a nurse does it anyway. After the front desk looked at my chart she went in the back, not sure why, then came back out. She said it looks like you are Doug’s patient and I told her it didn’t matter who I saw and the sooner the better. Apparently the soonest was Friday and that was with a different Dr. she said I could call in the morning to see if there were any cancellations… well that would be ok if they actually answered the phone… so much for walk ins or being a patient as long as I have been. And like other reviews, the wait times are longer than they should be that I agree with but have overlooked it because Doug will take as much time with you as needed."
