"I see that they have gotten a lot of bad reviews in the past but my experience could not have been better. Everyone from the reception to the doctor was awesome. Emily was extremely nice, and made sure to take the time to talk to me about all the information they needed from me, then Dr. Nguyen listened to all of my concerns, she treated me like an actual human being which is very hard when you are a big girl going to the doctor. She did not try to tell me that all my issues were weight related and sent me to do all the bloodwork she thought were necessary. I just received all of the referrals she said she would give me and she is currently working on getting me the medication I need approved by my insurance. Mind you it is now Monday and I was there on Thursday afternoon, so I am very happy with their services so far."

"Everyone there when I went there physically was nice. But the referral system needs to change. I’m still waiting on a referral and they won’t pick up the phone or call back after leaving voicemails and I’m In pain.. I can’t see a specialist till I get that referral! When I called my insurance they said they’re waiting on the dr office to still send in my bloodwork.. from a MONTH AGO"

"Front desk answered my call and was EXTREMELY unprofessional. Customer service is horrendous. Need to call multiple times and leave voicemails to maybe get a call back. Front desk is non enthusiastic and does not care about your problems. To add insult to injury they argue with you if what you say doesn’t line up with theirs. IE. Never received a text, yet had front desk on the phone argue with me that I did receive it multiple times. What a joke. Will not be returning. Doctor Trinay Hogan was absolutely amazing! Highly recommended if you decide this place!"

"Received a call from a Patricia and she was extremely unprofessional I’m currently dealing with some sensitive issues and her lack of compassion and soft skills is really making me reconsider rendering health care from this facility. I’ve been waiting for a call back from the office manager or who ever is above the representative Patricia who called at 12:35 9/20/23. Is greatly appreciate if someone can care about this matter more seriously presentation to health care services is a serous offense for someone who is just having a bad day maybe but this should not be taken lightly."

"I took my 82 year old mother-in-law for her annual physical, all in all not a horrible visit, Dr Hogan was polite and patient with my mother, she need to have her ears cleaned so the doctor administered some ear drops and asked us to come back in a few a days. The nurse wrote a referral for an x-ray and an ultrasound but unfortunately she called the procedure by the wrong name and Desert Radiology asked that they issue the correct paperwork and even wrote the procedure out correctly. I called 3 times and never did get the paperwork or a call back. My wife took her back a few days later to finish getting her ears cleaned and the same nurse that wrote the procedure argued with my wife that the procedure was just misspelled, and wouldn’t look at or listen to my wife, when wife asked to speak to someone else and the nurse was rude and told her she was the supervisor and she could talk to the Doctor. Then before the Doctor came in the rude nurse talked badly about my wife and when the doctor came in (a short little man) he was rude and verbally attacked my wife, then the rude nurse started verbally attacking my wife and she and the doctor tag teamed and interrupted my wife every time she tried to explain, finally my wife asked them to just stop and clean my mother in law’s ears, and they would like to leave and would never come back, at that point the doctor told her he would not treat my mother in law and that they had to leave. My wife asked if he was joking and he said no and told her to get out now. So my 82 year old mother in law started gathering her purse and cane to leave and the doctor told my wife to get out now or he would call the police, my wife told him they were leaving but my mom is 82 and what did she was going as fast as she could. He then picked up the phone and called 911. This is the most ridiculous behavior I could possibly imagine. I am completely dumbfounded that a nurse and doctor could possibly treat their patients so badly. Such poor character in medical staff and a doctor, inexcusable! I would advise everyone to pick a different medical office, there is no excuse for this level of rudeness and complete disregard to an 82 year old lady being kicked out without receiving the care she needed."
