"I'm extremely happy with my medical experience with Dr Zedek. He really knows his stuff, and was able to get me on the right stuff the first time. As someone who's had family members struggle to find the right medication, constantly switching medications and dosages, and suffered the consequences of that, I can't explain how much it means to me that we nailed it the first time and I felt better immediately. I didn't realize I had spent the last 2.5 years in a constant state of fight or flight. I don't wake up feeling panic anymore. I don't automatically assume the day's gonna suck. I'm finally able to work at full capacity again, since I'm no longer overwhelmed by tasks. I have a better understanding of my mind, and it's so nice to have it back. My only reservation is Dr Zedek has a tendency to want to increase dosages often. He has the viewpoint that more=better, and due to my family medical history I personally struggle with this philosophy. But that's my journey, my fear, so, not his responsibility, but if you have similar fears it's just something to be aware of. Overall, it's been a fantastic experience. I was hesitant at the beginning due to my fear of psychiatrists and medicine, but I put faith in the process and it has benefited me an inexplicable amount. I got my brain back :)"
