"I would give 5 starts, however, I scheduled a 6AM appointment for blood work for my mother and people who did not have an appointment went in before her. Instead of asking if there were people who had appointments waiting in line, and brining them in first, the young girl behind the counter just took whomever was waiting at the door first. What is the point of having appointments if they are going to take just anyone first? Everyone there is nice enough, but they really should ask who has appointments for lab work and move them to the front of the line. In my opinion, that is poor customer service."
