"I don't know if this business cares about its customers. The pharmacy doesn't seem to fill prescriptions unless you call and tell them to do so after you placed a reorder. I get the statement 'we have to order it' and then why is there a pause like I need to tell them to do that? Didn't I place the reorder indicating I want it filled? Seems so lazy. Also, the exterior parking lot and building lights need bulbs or service due to them flickering. It creates a dark, unwelcoming area. Why? The landscaping could use some tending to also with tall bushes one can't see around as you exit the drive thru, overgrown trees by the parking spots, and barren rock areas that get watering. The front entryway needs attention more often as debris blows around. I see regular staff people and hope they work with management to make it a great location for the neighborhood!"
"I feel kinda bad for adding another 1 star; but if employees wear a rainbow "diversity" t-shirts in a business you get 1 star. End of story. On a good note. The staff is very friendly. Anyone else think it's odd that one watch battery costs more than a bottle of vodka? Had to come back and make it a 2 because I feel like a big meanie. Especially because The Nicest, most helpful employee is part of the "diversity" community. Nothing against "diversity", everything against partisan propaganda shoved in my face by businesses."
"The lead pharmacist was extremely rude and condescending. We just moved here from AZ and I’ve had a horrible time filling my son’s ADHD medication. Instead of answering my questions she continued to talk down to me and stated that I was “interpreting” what she was saying wrong. My son is not an addict. Perhaps treat your customers w empathy instead of indifference"
"Please take your prescription elsewhere. The pharmact instore pick up and drive thru are both very disorganized. Drive thru: I was asked to come back 3x for our daughter's antibiotics. They have a different excuse each time. When they obviously have not prepared it yet. I decided to try the instore pick up. It is worse. They ask you to wait cos "they'll prepare the meds". But when you come back, that's actually the same time they will start prepping it. There's no system. They just do/serve whatever they feel like doing. Expect to wait longer on busier times. This is not a one off thing. They are consistently slow and all over the place."
"I recently moved to the area and thought it would be a good idea to have my Rx’s transferred to this store. BIG mistake, the pharmacy staff are among the rudest of any company/business I’ve ever dealt with. I called the pharmacy manager to lodge a complaint and she was just as rude as the staff. I’ll be transferring my Rx’s to CVS. I really hope that the Walgreens Corp takes note of all the other bad reviews on here."
