"Haven't been there since December 2024. Had to stop going because my insurance changed closing me more. When I told the front desk about this they said not to worry about cuz it was still just 10 dollars. But it went up to 100 dollars and they said later I owed them for the difference which is fine I waited for a bill and waited and never got one. Finally I noticed every 7 days theyve been taking 10 dollars out of my account without my authorization."

"They used to have some kind therapists back in 2020/2021. Now most of them have left because of Merdian's sketchy practice. If you try to reschedule ever they still charge you a full $140 a pop, if THEY cancel an appointment on YOU they still charge you and then credit it towards your next appointment (almost certain that's illegal), no consistent reminders, no consistent care from their therapists. Truly, Meridian is the definition of "money grubbing"."

"Dr Janay was amazing, she always listened to me and helped me work through what i was going through, but be careful with their billers, I had told them that my final visit was at the end of July and they continued charging me every week for 3 additional weeks before I noticed. They didn't even call me to ask why I hadn't shown up, they just kept billing. I understand it is hard times but yall literally took money from my sons mouth and it makes me wonder if yall truly cared about me or just my money."
