"They heard patients through like cows. Everyone is treated the same. Every injury gets exactly the same pt. If you tell them it hurts, they tell you to work through it. It hurt because they retore my rotorcuff. That's why I refused to do anymore and I got told, do it cause I told you to. If you don't have a simple rehab, don't go near this place. The staff Is really nice and friendly. The front desk are some of the nicest. But telling someone who has been through over 20 surgeries and was complaining of pain and wouldn't do certain exercises should of been your first clue that something was wrong, but you blew me off. Now you cost me another surgery, time off from work."

"Dr Austin Arana is attentive and gives me the right type & amount of exercises to heal. I'm excited about getting rid of my pain and learning how not to reinjure myself in the future. All of the PT technicians are friendly, encouraging, & knowledgeable. The front desk staff are also very welcoming & good at their jobs. "This is an absolutely wonderful place to receive physical therapy. The two lead therapists are fantastic and there is whole team of people on your side helping you out. The approach is one of highly individualized personalized care and positivity. The therapists tailor a program specifically for each patient, monitoring progress closely and making changes as you progress. There is a whole team of staff on site helping you get it done, keeping an eye on you and rooting for you. Everyone knows your name. The feeling is one of positivity and progress. I look around me and I am amazed. I see all kinds of people in there and all walks of life from athletes to work injuries to old folks who just need to walk better to kids. Everyone is working at healing and making themselves better, in their zone, repeating their excercise or movement that is hard for them and will make them stronger, again and again. You are just in this pool of people all working to make their bodies better, with great therapists and helpful staff. The atmosphere is so friendly, upbeat and buzzing. When I first came in I could barely walk and I was crying from the pain. It was so great to feel like there was a whole team of people on my side, rooting for me, helping me, noticing me, giving me good medical care. Every time I go I make huge strides, and the positive lively atmosphere keeps motivation up. My therapist, Austin, is awesome but I am sure Jacqueline is equally as good. They spend a lot of time with you, assessing you before, during and after your excercises. I really can't recommend this place more highly to anyone who is recovering from any injury or surgery or leading up to surgery. Austin and Team helped me get back on my feet again. I will be forever grateful and objectively the medical care has just been excellent."

"I’ve owed this review for to long. As a person who loves working out and pushing the limits of my body I absolutely loved my shoulder rehab with Premier. Austin and Jacqueline really understand their jobs and take pride in what they do. They can push you to a new level and get you back into your routine in better condition than before. The staff is genuinely great and made every appointment challenging and enjoyable.
