"This was a horrible experience, I don't like to leave negative reviews but I was kinda shocked how awful it was. Firstly they closed their other shop where I was a client and never told me and when I went here they didn't say a single word to me. Gave me a rough cleaning, then admonished me for not having better dental hygiene. Gave me serious Dr. Nick vibes. Enter at your own risk"

"The ladies here at this dentist office are amazing! Audrey and Yolanda helped me this time and I am always calmer and happier leaving there than I was arriving. Audrey cleaned my teeth and was the most gentle I've ever encountered. She balmed my lips before we started so they wouldn't chap! Thoughtful. I didn't confirm the appointment the day before like I was suppose to so when I arrived, they kindly let me know I may have to wait a little longer. I was completely ok with that. I didn't even have to wait. Nor did they send me away like they could have. They also see my son here. They treat him so well and are so patient. I love The Smile Shop and Westfall Dental! Thank you!!!"

"Worst dental clinic ever. Ended up in the ER for a cavity that the pushed filling. There are no real dentists working there, just higentists Dr Westfield only see patients virtually, you can't do that and actually fix a tooth. Should be reported. All she does is run her corporation"

"Horrible. My husband went in for tooth extraction, left raw bone exposed in his mouth, would not give proper medication causing him to go to ER days later. When we called to discuss she was very smug. It's worth the drive out-of-town to find another dentist."
