"Do not get your CDL physical done at this place. They do not know how to complete the paperwork properly. It took me two trips to DMV before I finally got the correct paperwork from this place. The staff are nice however I found I had to tell them how to complete the paperwork."
"If I could give this group of charlatans zero stars I would. Poor quality practitioners who don't care about people or health and don't have the experience to appropriately diagnose health issues. After informing my insurance co about my visit and questions that weren't addressed, I went to a doctor in Reno who was shocked at the lack of diagnosis and follow up at this facility. Please carefully check the practitioner's credentials and any holds or pending investigations into current or past licensure. Your insurance should have this info. Also, be aware that the office staff uses classic bait and switch techniques when you make an appointment. If you go there, agree to the procedure to be billed at the appt, get $ amount in writing and sign it. Otherwise they incorrectly bill your insurance company and the patient is expected to pay the bulk the bill directly to CVHC. It's your health and you need to protect it."
"Front office staff was extremely stressed out but kept things as polite as possible and seemed to really go out of their way not to push their stress on patients. Dr. Gocke is a great doctor and brings a professional element while still keeping his family doctor values. Best family doctor in Northern Nevada.
