"I came to Concentra for a DOT Medical exam. It was a bit urgent because my old one had elapsed. I arrived anticipating a long wait. They helped a lot by taking my number and calling me when I was 15 minutes out. I was able to run errands for a half hour until they called. Much sooner than I thought. My physical was quick and easy. They were very nice and efficient. It was actually fun interacting with the staff and doctor. I'm very grateful for the great service."
