"First biopsy was regular copay but they changed buildings are are now requiring the *same* procedure (when required a second time only a few months later) as "hospitalization" which increases the copay with same insurance to about $1000. We switched urologists. We recommend you do the same."

"Every single time I have talked to anyone on the phone from this place they are incredibly rude. Appointments get pushed out 6+ months and there's hardly good communication just a notice in the mail if they need to reschedule even further into the future with a random time and date. I handle most appointments for my husband with his given consent numerous times and they continue to talk to me with a horrible tone. I appreciate the privacy but there should be documentation of written and verbal consent. Absolutely never experienced such a difficult time making a simple appointment for someone. They make it impossible."
