"The facility is located at the back off Mae Ann, a little hard to find the first time, and parking is tight if someone has difficulty walking. The front and back office staff are pleasant and efficient. Dr Smith is organized and reviews my past visits and what I can expect with each appointment. The exam is thorough and I feel my eye health is being monitored carefully. There is an area when entering the office for fittings for glasses and contacts. I recommend Reno Family Eye Care and Dr Smith without reservation."

Kelsey had great communication and got me scheduled right away; I also went in to go get my glasses adjusted by a lovely Gentlemen named Brian; he got my glasses fitted great. We were greeted by Katie, she gave us a warm welcome and answered all of our questions. After that we were greeted by Faith, she was awesomely patient and understanding with my little brother considering he has had a little anxiety going into any kind of doctors' offices.
