"I have intense pain & discomfort. I went to ROC Reno, Nevada & the PA examined me, gave me a test to see how my reflexes. She gave me a RX & advised that I do physical therapy 2x week. "We had a great experience with ROC Express. It all started with one of the receptionists who was so kind. She went and grabbed my daughter a wheel chair and came back with a ROC teddy bear for her. She was very kind and compassionate. We saw David Ward for our 9 year old daughter. He was very kind and knowledgeable. We walked in just before closing and they still took us and did not rush us out the door. We even recieved a few follow up calls from David to check on our daughter and he consulted the foot team and was able to help come up with a great treatment plan for her.
