"The office called to have us come in 15 minutes early to do an extra test and then had us wait in the room for 45 minutes before the dr even came in. Super irritated with the lack of professional timing. We had to delay going to work and the added waiting delayed that even further"

"The OB’s (Dr Streit, Dr Fletcher, Dr Taylor) here are wonderful. They answered all my questions and eased my mind during my entire pregnancy. Its a little odd to see a different ob every visit as you can get different answers to the same question. Dr Cara Streit was the one to deliver my baby and walked me through the good and bad sides of all of my options. I appreciated her thoughtfulness, and explaining every detail."

"My granddaughter of 19 just called me in tears after being seen in her first trimester of her first pregnancy by an obgyn named Cara. She gave her a pap smear using the brutal metal thing...no lube, and was very callous about it. Apparently was in a rush and was reluctant to answer any questions. Besides all that they told her to get her blood drawn in Portola and that they would have the results for this appt. But somehow the samples weren't there so now they want her to give several more vials of blood. I realize things get held up and stuff...but the attitude of this Obgyn is really UNACCEPTABLE."

"Noelia at the front desk has an awful attitude. I asked her what her name is and she wouldn’t even tell me just flashed her badge at me. I’ve had to come up twice to get my medical records sent to another hospital and it has been such a hassle. They never turned in my first medical release forms so i had to drive up all the way from Reno to be treated like it was my fault. 1/10 recommend this Dr office."

"Their scheduling is a nightmare. If you think they'll cut you slack because of weather or accidents on the road beyond your control, that is not the case. Even if you call them to explain what is happening and tell them you'll be 5 minutes late, they will cancel your appointment. They either need to hire more people or not schedule back to back appointments to the point where there is no wiggle room. Scheduling isn't just a problem in this department, their pediatrics department is just the same. We cancelled one appointment because our son had covid and when we rescheduled they told us they had nothing and had to wait 4 months for another appointment. Tahoe Forest needs to get their scheduling fixed as they are the only option for many people who don't want to travel outside of the community for care."
