"This office is completely useless. I made an appointment in September and yesterday was the first they had available. They put a different patient's contact information as mine and proceeded to violate HIPAA by divulging my personal information to another patient. I was never reminded about my appointment and then was belittled by the operator for writing it down Incorrectly. I have seen more than 10 specialists in the last 2 years and they are the only ones to ever mess it up this bad. Makes you wonder how many patients have died due to their negligence."
