"I had a referral and they don't answer the phone for appointments. After waiting 3 days for a call back I asked for a referral for another provider. The other provider actually had someone that answered the phone and scheduled the appointment. This should be a red flag for anyone considering Swift. Would not want to wait 3 days if I had a need to consult with my doctor."

"I have been a patient of Swift, formerly Spine Nevada for almost 5 years. If you can get them to answer the ancillary staff is very friendly ans courteous. Having had painful Trigeminal neuralgia in my face it has been excruciating. When Mallory Cushner NP replaced my provider, I was initially pleased until every appointment I felt more and more quilty for taking narcotic pain medicine. I was told to “ stash some away” in case another medication shortage comes around. Cut back I was told. Which makes it doublly hard to control pain. I wrote a 1 star review, as requested when you check out. I was in tears after my appointment and was discharged from their care on my next appointment. I asked to speak with Dr Goode and was told no. I have increased pain this last month and requested to see the Docs for possibly a steroid injection where again I was refused the consult. They continually erase my reviews."

"I arrived 15 minutes early and checked in for my 1:30 appointment. There was a sign that said 45 minutes wait. I asked if that was accurate because I had to get back to work, and was told, “No, that was before lunch, everything is on time now.” At 1:50, still waiting, I inquire again and was told about 15 minutes more. So I had to leave, I can’t be in the waiting room 45 minutes to an hour after my appointment time. Sorry, my time is valuable too!"

"I had injured my shoulder. My PT recommended I see Dr. Fitzpatrick at Swift Institute. As soon as he walked in the room I knew I was in good hands. I've seen him twice. Both times he was caring and listened to what I had to say. I highly recommend him. His Medical Assistant made me feel comfortable and in good hands also. Barbara Winge"

"I was referred to Swift Institute in August 2023 by my Primary Physician to address the severe pain. I was very empressed with the Specialist. Her attentiveness appeared genuine. She provided me with my options and I selected the one I felt was the best treatment for me. As the appointment concluded, I was informed to expect a call to schedule a procedure and four weeks later I am still waiting for that call. I contacted my insurance to see if the authorization for the procedure had been approved. I was told at that time the authorization had not been submitted. I have made several calls attempting to speak to someone for a status update only to be unsuccessful. I am very disappointed and sad to know that the lack of respect given by medical professions /staff during a time when individuals (patients) are seeking their services. Honestly, they should consider removing the television ads which identifies excellent service and quick results"
