"Kind and communicative staff. The front desk did a great job of communicating wait times and loving on my pup in the meantime. An emergency came in while I was there in the front desk did an amazing job at not only take care of the dog, but the owners as well. Typically Nash is timid of the vets office however, he did an amazing job and it’s because of the welcoming staff."

"Super great staff and reasonable pricing. They take great care of our dog Cali. My only complaint is they take forever to get to you after you get there. Even boarding you have to wait at least ten minutes every single time before they come out to get her. I would think they could cut this time down a lot, but it's not a deal breaker for us, we still love Valley Ranch AH."

"I have been bringing my dogs here for almost 3 years, and at first, this clinic was great! But unfortunately and as of recently, they seemed to try and drain as much money from you as they possibly can, feeding off your love and vunerability for your pet. For example, we spent over $1K in tests and multiple vet visits for our sick boy, and after they prescribed medication, he was still sick for weeks after finishing the medication. After several issues and concerns with this clinic, we decided to bring our boys to a new vet. The new vet diagnosed him the same day, provided medication, which he has been taking for almost a week, and he sounds almost perfectly cleared up already. Goes to show you that Valley Animal Hospital doesn't quite know what they are doing and shouldn't be left to care for your fur baby. The front staff and vet/techs have horrible communication, and their stories never seem to be in sync with each other. Making it difficult to know how to home care for your fur baby. Also, the manager (maybe owner even, I don't recall) who is also a vet at this clinic told us to board our dogs elsewhere (because we called to address a problem we had at their clinic), the manager clearly can't resason or be in the wrong or even listen to a concerned customer. Mind you, we have the most loving and disciplined dogs and are complimented everywhere we bring them because of their manners. I don't know about you, but I want my fur babies in loving care, not rude/incompetent care. Beware!!"

"I’m EXTREMELY picking with who I allow to see my two pitbulls. One is an American Staffy and the other a Bull Staffy. Both very sweet girls. The doctors hear a Valley Ranch Animal Hospital take their time with you and answer every question you have. You don’t feel rushed. I think the prices are fair and they do not push services on you. Being a pit mom you will have not only people but Drs that will treat you different, that’s not the case with these Drs. So far I’m extremely happy and I really like Dr.Emilie Dours."
