"DR Rappaport and his staff have been there for me, Don Schelling and my wife since 2000 when i first came to him as a workmans comp. injury case. He was the 4th DR to treat me and I did not need to go to anyone else there after. His staff helped me to handle my claim and get the care I needed at that time! I was able, although mildly disabled, to continue for 10 years before I had a relapse and a worsening of my condition and had to return to his office and re-open my claim. Again with his staff, and legal help, to get the care I needed, this time major surgery! I was greatly helped by DR Rappaports surgical treatments and have been able to continue though much more disabled now for the last 10 years, he has been there when I needed him the most with my disability claim as my treating physician and I know if I have a further relapse and have to re-open my original claim he will be there for me again! He is a Doctor for life! He also has been there for others I personally know as well! He is a surgeon you can trust with your life!"

"1st appointment with PA Anthony Allen, have to admit I really like this PA. At first I was a little skeptical about seeing the PA instead of the doctor directly but figured I had to get established in the office so I took the first available slot. I called on a Thursday and was seen a week later. This is pretty amazing for a spine specialty office. This practice has 3 different offices within the complex they are located in. All within walking distance of each other. They have a surgeon's office located up front center, pain management to the left and physical therapy to the right. Since this was my 1st time there I went to the one in the center as I did not know there were three. I was greeted immediately with a smile and the receptionist was kind to tell me I was in the surgeon section and instructed me where to go. I then checked in to the correct office and the young lady had me double check the info on some forms and fill out 3 more forms that were needed. I was in the waiting room for approx 5 min and then was put into an exam room. The nurse asked me some questions, took my blood pressure and said the PA would be in a few minutes. I expected to wait at least 10 to 15 minutes but to my shock Mr. Allen walked in a minute later. He sat down went over my history. Did my exam and proceeded to talk to me about what he believed we could do together to get me out of pain and back to a reasonable quality of life. Mr. Allen took his time to listen to my concerns and my hope of being able to spend more active time with my kids. Mr. Allen empathized with me as he himself is a chronic pain patient and told me that he would make sure we got trigger shots scheduled asap and poss epidural to get me on the road to recovery. I will be meeting Dr. Reyer on my next visit and will need to come back and edit this one or do a new post. So far my experience with this office has been fantastic. From the lady that scheduled my appointment all the way to the check out staff! Let's see what happens once I meet the doc that will be doing my shots and epidurals :-)"

"I read the reviews when looking up the phone number to call and make an appointment. I have had two surgeries by Dr. Kip, one 20 years ago on my neck and another 2 years ago on my lower back. Both were complete successes. I have taken my mother to him and also my daughter. The staff has always been very attentive and treated all of us very kindly and went out of their way to be helpful. I would recommend the Sierra Regional Spine Institute to anyone and I really do not understand the negative reviews."

"I had my second back surgery done here by Doctor James Rappaport....My first surgery was completely screwed up by a doctor in Washington named Justin Santarelli (July 2015). One screw came loose, one broke completely off and he did not fuse the appropriate levels nor did he place spacers in to keep my vertebrae separate so I continued to experience the same pain and more because the broken parts in my back. Now as for Dr. James Rappaport at Sierra Regional Spine Institute, he has been amazing and I am very grateful to have been able to have him as my surgeon. He answers all the questions that you have to makes sure that your mind is at ease and is very understanding of financial situations. I would recommend being seen for your spine here."
