I bought something and tried to return it (with receipt). It was the same person and all he said was "I am the manager, not the owner". Only store credit. This place needs new management. "This is a terrible store with poor customer service and an unprofessional owner who lied to me when me and my husband brought some shoes. We specifically brought the shoes because the owner assured us we could returned them with receipt. Sure enough my husband can’t wear those shoes so a few days later I went to return them and the rudest manager said that we couldn’t return them. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS STORE AGAIN…"

"Owner lied to my wife and I. She told us “this is my store you can use your receipt to return anything you buy.” So I bought some shoes. They’re terrible and hurt my feet. I wore them once. Tried to return and the manager says “only exchange for store credit” and will not tell me how to get in touch with the owner. Will dispute charge with card company and NEVER buy 511 again."
