"Thinking about canceling the wellness plan for my dogs with banfield because of the horrible experience we had with Jennifer. One of our dogs was elderly and having really bad symptoms. We called as soon as they opened to bring our dog , we spoke to Jennifer and we were told we would get a call back to see if we can around 9am. She knew that we thought our dog was going to die. We waited and called again after 9am because we didn’t get a call— after being on hold for about 7-8 minutes, Jennifer comes on the line and says she can’t have us on hold that she’ll call back. At this point my husband says we called earlier and we need to bring her in- she says I called you to tell you we can’t see her due to symptoms and your voicemail was full. Never received the call. Voicemail is not full so she LIED! This person is the least empathetic person. She shouldn’t have this job!!! We ended up taking our doggy to Aliante Animal Hospital and they were absolutely wonderful. Sadly we had to put her to sleep & she crossed the rainbow bridge. She was the most wonderful doggy ever and gave us 15 amazing years! Highly disappointed by this place. She was insured through banfield for 10+ years and couldn’t be there for her in the end. Now they’ll be losing the other doggies we have."
