"If I could give them no stars I would. Lost my prescription, that affected my travel and refused to take accountability for the error. Go to Walgreens pharmacy, don’t waist your time here."
"Rude staff refused to allow a disabled customer to use a cart for their shopping."
"I wish I could give zero stars. I’ve never had a worse experience. This prescription was scheduled for delivery only to be cancelled by CVS and later attempted to be delivered at an old address (although I have had several deliveries from CVS to my current address). Today I get a text saying my prescription is ready for pickup. I send my 78 year old Vietnam Vet father (who is currently battling cancer). He is told the prescription is not ready. Then he is told that if he doesn’t know the name of what (not for who) he’s picking up he can’t get it! Since when??? I’ve NEVER been asked for the name of a med. After MUCH back and forth they finally give him the prescription. We have been customers at your facility for decades. I’m not sure what had happened there but the customer service has steeply declined to the point of being completely unacceptable. We will be finding a new location and will make sure to share our experience with all my friends and family."
"Today, I went to get my prescription. Amar, the man behind the counter, said that I needed to need it to go to the consultation location ( which was another location meaning that I had to lose my place in line) to use my discount card for my prescription. I asked him if this was a new policy? He stated that this is not new. This prescription was not a new prescription it was just a refill. In the past, I didn't need to jump through hoops to use my discount card. I just used it."
"Basically I always get greeted when I come in. My medication always changes. This store and more CVS stores should become like a walk-in clinic. Use tablets or ID scanners this is not a joke. I had a friend who had their information compromised because a person was listening. It’s inappropriate and needs to change. ID scanners or Tablets need to be integrated into the system this is ridiculous. No one should have to fear that their information will get compromised when someone is listening even if it’s the person that’s directly behind them I’m not mad I just want to raise some concerns that people should know. I’ve seen that mini clinic stores use tablets for check-in why can’t regular stores use tablets for the same reason just to check in to the pharmacy that would be perfect or have an ID scanner device app on the symbols that they use. I want corporate to see this review I know that changes need to happen I will leave many reviews if I have to displaying the same thing."
