"My family has been going to Banfield for years. This experience was a disappointment. I scheduled a checkup to look into some irregularities in my dogs breathing (not life threatening, just slightly concerning) and i received a call and the assistant let me know they could help. I call today letting them know that i will be 5-10 mins late for the drop off and the assistant this time was extremely rude. She basically told me that they can’t go through with the appointment and that I would need to seek emergency care. I voiced to her that this wasn’t an emergency, he’s still breathing fine, I just need them to look into some occasional irregularities. She once again said they couldn’t help me. I canceled my plan right after that. Saying you can’t give my baby a check up when you’re a VET is crazy."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. We have been banfield patients for 6 years and NEVER again. We senior dog was out of a medication she takes regularly prescribed by another banfield dr in town and has lots of refills. They were closed for the weekend so I reached out to see if there’s anything they can do to help, I’ll even pay for a visit though they can see that she has many refills. They were unwilling to do ANYTHING. We will NEVER take any of our pets to a banfield location, we’ve spent thousands of dollars with them. Terrible!"

"Absolute WORST Banfield I've been to. First off, I was a customer at Banfield in Westminster, CO and loved them. I signed up for the wellness plan and loved it. After moving to Vegas, the one on Durango was the only one near me. After another negative experience I have decided to cancel my plan and find another vet. I have four dogs, all rescues, two of which are from an 81 dog hoarding case and can't be "dropped off" due to their nervousness unless absolutely necessary. I booked an appointment for two of them specifically on a day when they could be seen in a room only to be told it was a drop off appointment and I'd need to pick them up in a couple of hours. Not only is this unacceptable but I hadn't planned this into my day so I left without being seen. I was then called as I was getting back on the freeway to be told that they had a mix up and would see me after all. Customer service is non existent at this place since to me a "drop off" only serves Banfield, not the person dropping off."
