Kenny specifically is super kind and he went above and beyond to help us get everything we needed and to set the skateboard up for us. 10/10"

"They swear up and down that you can return pants if they don’t fit. Which they already have a terrible selection of. Tried to return to pairs with the tags, receipts, five days after I bought them and they made it a hassle. They even said they couldn’t refund it because I used Apple Pay. Huh? Who cares how I pay? Zumiez certainly didn’t when they accepted my original payment. They should and can refund my money they just choose not to. Besides this, the selection of clothes is awful. If you want to support a real skate shop, go to Classic Skate Shop. I won’t be returning."

"Waited for the cashier who was helping a customer at the register to pick up an order. There were two other girls, one with brown hair and one with braids, who I thought were customers at the counter who didn’t even acknowledge me until the cashier told one of them to help me get my package from the back of the store. I was able to try on my clothes I picked up in their dressing room. All good until I was leaving and I heard the girl with braids mock my voice when I was just telling all of them “thank you” as I walked out. What was the reason I have no idea. Super unprofessional except for the first cashier who was actually doing her job. I feel bad for her for dealing with such immature coworkers."

"The super friendly and ultra helpful employees got us all set up with a new board from top to bottom. The ladies were SO helpful and made the experience very fun for the first timers in our group. They applied the grip tape for the youngest in the group while giving helpful hints and tricks for next time. We will definitely return."
