"I have been to the store three times, and each time, I was ignored by the clerk. This last time when I walked in I was not acknowledged, and the clerk was at the register on her phone. About two minutes after me, two women walked and were immediately greeted with a smile. I don't know why I have been ignored the three times I've been in that store looking to buy. I gave it three tries, and it's clear I am not your preferred customer (a Native Nevadan who wants to spend money). I give it two stars because there is some cute merchandise (although there should be more than just Reno stuff) and zero stars for customer service."

"Not only do the employees refuse to wear masks per protocol, but I could have done without the snide comments about the policies and the people who made them. Never know who is listening when you make comments disparaging people in public. I have shopped here every time I’ve been in northern Nevada, however I won’t be doing so anymore."
