"I submitted an appeal form. Did not hear back from CSN faculty for over a month. I received a letter in the mail and I am now being sent to collections because of their lack of communication. I wish they had informed me so I could’ve figured out a way to take care of this on time. I wish I knew they had denied my appeal but they didn’t bother to contact me. Now it is too late and this outcome will impact my future significantly."
