"They will collectively lie about calling you on your appointment time and ask you to reschedule while you as the participant waited by the phone. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of compassion and customer service. This office need better oversight and everyone should be fired! If staff members are hesitant to serve the people, upper management should hire new staff or shut the office down."
"Going to this location has been a nightmare. From the time I contacted them for benefits up until now... it’s been a horrible experience. They give you the wrong appointment dates! They give you a appointment time but call HOURS after the time of your appointment. They had BOTH of my girls in the system as little boys! I can go on and on and on... But I won’t. I’ll just switch locations. Good luck if your dealing with this location"

"I was a WIC recipient at this office and each and every time that I had to go in, the staff would always make it seem like they were the ones giving the benefits and not the state. My husband was self-employed and they would always complicate all the paperwork for me. I had to switch WIC offices because they would always intimidate me. At the office where I am now, everyone is really friendly and they simplified all paperwork for my husband's self-employment."
