"signed up for Neobrows the beginning of March, I received my kit and decided this was not the right fit for me. I emailed asking for a return address so I could get a refund since I had not had any interaction with an instructor and had not opened anything in my kit. I was treated horribly by Alex B. The email I received was so unprofessional, it was almost threatening. "We're all about helping our students succeed. But it seems that you're more concerned on complaining and asking for a refund". "Let us know how you would like to 'proceed'. If you go to your bank to request a charge back we will present the documents that were signed, the history of your IP address which was also used to perform the payment and the personal information provided. Which will end up hurting your banking history only. Not being rude here but we know what you mean." Not once did I threaten to go to my bank, I didn't even know that was a thing. I only stated that I, the customer, was not satisfied with the product provided and wanted to return it. I was so uncomfortable with this company I left it alone for months. But I'm a single mom and can't afford to just be out that much money. I emailed 08/1 and Victor apologized and set up a call so we could discuss what had happened. 8/2 no call but he did email saying he got busy and would call on 8/3. 8/3 no call and then he stopped responding at all. I emailed customer service multiple times trying to get help with this. No response. Today 10/8 I finally called the school and was transferred to customer service. After no help at all, I asked to speak to her supervisor and she hung up on me. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional company. I have been trying to get help with this issue for over 6 months now. All I want is a return address and a refund for my kit and material that is still un opened. It should be a simple process but instead I have spent a ridiculous amount of time just trying to get ahold of someone who could help with this, only to be hung up on. I cannot even express my disgust for this company. I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking it was just a bad employee, or two. But no, everyone I have dealt with has treated me like garbage. I was so excited to start a new career in microblading and after everything I have gone through I don't even want anything to do with the beauty industry. This company has completely ruined my dream and taken my money along with it."

"These reviews have got to be fake. This was the biggest ‘money grab’ I’ve ever encountered. Everyone needs to be so careful in this industry because of people like this. The entire course only had ONE video and it wasn’t even instructional. There was music playing in the background with an occasional voice-over saying ‘That’s good’. The rest of the ‘lectures’ were a hired person reading scripts. I seriously learned more on YouTube. When I would submit my work it took days for the ‘instructor’ to respond to me. I tried to call them and voice my dissatisfaction, but the number was answered by some young girl with a dog whining in the background. She then transferred me to a line that was no longer in service. The whole experience was like flushing $1,300 down the toilet. Do yourself a favor and get REPUTABLE training. I’m now training with Phi Brows and it’s been a completely different experience!!"
