"I was seen for back pain with pain radiating down left leg. Dr. Downes was super nice and very sweet. She was very helpful in understanding my issues and helping with a plan to treat me. I feel she is an incredible physician and cares about her patients. Julie, RN was very kind and patient. The ER Tech was sweet and helpful. The young man with registration was efficient. It’s difficult to go to a medical facility when you’re in a different city, but my encounter was smooth and normal. Elite Medical Center in Las Vegas should be proud of the staff that took care of me."

"From Canada, and 1st time visiting an ER/Doctor out of the country, and Elite Medical made it such an amazing experience! I was assessed very quickly and had very kind and respectful staff. The quality and urgency of care here is well above what I am able to receive at home. They do not do direct billing to insurances, so must pay out of pocket and go back for an reimbursement.
