"Their online training portal is a joke. You have to complete several steps after your purchase in order to get access, including manually signing and sending them forms (no electronic signature or electronics consent options are available.) Once I finally got access to the portal, it kept locking me out for no reason, saying I needed to send them more forms...forms that they'd already received. Three days before my test I got locked out again, on a Saturday, so no way to study before my Monday morning test. My recommendation to LVRETC...hire real software developers to build you a real app that actually works. Until then, everyone should go elsewhere."
