"Calling is a wait over 25 minutes can’t schedule treatment assessments because they seem to not care about their jobs especially the females who answers the phones waited over a hour on the phone and kept getting switched to 1st and 2nd for the call to be answered trying to get a scheduled treatments assessment done is nearly impossible here!!!! Definitely switch to some other place if you are able to getting into VOA is not worth the wait definitely go to Carolyn institue"
