"Horrible Customer Service. Sales associate ISABEL CARIAS has been the worst human being I have encounter at a store. Since the moment we entered the store, she was absolutely rude and nasty. She is Hispanic and a racist one. You can tell. The way this lady talked to us when we were trying to make a return, it was offensive and condescending. My husband ordered some items online and we had no idea they were from the factory store. I get that, but there are so many ways to explain why you can’t do a return without being nasty about it. We talked to the manager in turn Alex and he was also very condescending. I don’t get how these people act like they are the owners of the store. In fact, I believe the actual owners would be 1000 times nicer than them. Either way, hope corporate would read these reviews, store has gone downhill with service. I went to the factory store later today and it was so funny because this super kind associate there, told me how he suffered the same disservice as we did when he visited the fashion show mall store and he was not in his store clothes. He described Isabel and we laughed at how horrible this lady is with clients. I hope some kind of disciplinary action is taken. After our horrible experience, We visited the Louis Vuitton store and got a handbag there and the difference in service from one store to the other is just abismal. I can understand why the BR store is always empty."

"So they didn’t have the shoe my husband and I were originally seeking out. But they did have another one that caught our eye. We were helped quickly. And there was a nice big mirror to use. This place wasn’t crowded and everybody who worked there greeted us in a friendly and laid back way. No overly aggressive sales people. It was great!"
