Divine Dosa & Biriyani - The Lassi Bar

"Food is the best in that Las Vegas S Boulevard area. You get the best dosas, idlies, poori and the fried rice. These are the ones which I have tried. They have a strange system where you come and enter your contact details which lets them get your phone number and then let you go to reception to give order details and then you get your food at the allocated table either thru the Bot or thru a waiter. You have to get water in glasses from a common area on your own and also, the Togo boxes in case if you need. There is not much human touch as the waiters are stretched beyond their capacity I think. Sometime the wait period to get a table can vary between 30-50mins during evening rush hours. If you come back again to the restaurant and enter your contact details, it will reflect as a dropdown as soon as you key in 2 to 3 numbers. Hope the management addresses this."

"Great Indian eatery - combining South Indian vegetarian with popular non-vegetarian options. Perfect for my craving for dosa with Chicken 65 / Lamb stir fry. Every item ordered across our party of 8 was fresh, flavorful, and made right. High tech tracking of orders on large screens. A robot walks around bringing you plates and food if your party is small enough."

"Went to eat at divine dosa & biryani twice last month (November) during our visit to Las Vegas for the F1 week. Friendly staff and good food. Limited options for vegetarian special dietary requirements, but whatever was available got the job done. We ordered several items and all tasted good apart from the yellow dal. The staff taking the orders on the cash counter was amazing and helpful (if am not mistaken her name was Rachita). They serve food with a robot when it's not busy but when busy some servers also join in to serve/wait tables. Both time we had different types of dal ordered and if that is served by the robot it spills on it's way from the kitchen to the dining table, they should look into this. One of the videos in this review will clearly show how dal was spilled by the time the robot got the food to our table. This restaurant provides free unlimited drinking water to all customers. The ambiance is okay not so wow but the food taste covers up most of it. Overall good experience and will surely go again to this restaurant. And yeah maybe they can keep the rest rooms clean at all times, they were very dirty the both times we were there and that's the reason for my 4 stars."

"We did a dine-in for lunch and again ordered with Grubhub delivery for dinner too. Food is very tasty and freshly made. Was surprised to see a lot of vegetarian options. Great service by those girls at the counter. We went with our kid and the place was stroller friendly and was silent too for the kid to sleep. Had some kid's menu as well. Food is delivered by a robot or by other waiters. The place overall is very neat and clean and more space between the tables for the robot to navigate easily. Overall very good experience."

"This place has a great Indian cuisine. The taste is good and menu has lots of varieties in both veg and non veg section. Lassi is great. The robot based service is good but big orders are still served manually. They don’t take on call booking but you have to enter your details to check-in on there kiosk tablet to place your order.This seems like a good way to get some user data, you will never know how that data will get used in future. Also this check in process created a lots of chaos during our order and few people get called ahead of us as they did kiosk check-in even though we were standing in queue as we were placing few extra order after our main order. The manager ignored all these and didn’t even cared about what just happened. Considering the big place and Vegas strip location the atmosphere and ambience is pretty boring."
