Rasmussen University - Blaine

"I would give this institution -5 stars if I could. This nursing program is the biggest joke of an educational program that I have ever seen over my 5 years of higher education. Lack of knowledgeable instructors, lack of basic organizational and communication skills from the administration, advisors, instructors and anyone involved with the nursing program. The college even acknowledges their lack of organization skills and basic communication: I was issued a refund on my tuition due to their poor management and delivery of schedules after filing a grievance, while still completing the course, but was never given an apology or an assurance it would never happen again. My schedule was changed 4 different times over the first two weeks of the quarter, and the entire class had no instruction or coursework for the first 3 weeks and then they expect us to know what to do for skills, assignments and quizzes. The instructors NEVER teach, they only delegate busy work. There is a minimum test average requirement to pass core nursing classes, but the majority of students don’t even make it to the minimum due to poor instruction. Do not waste your time attending Rasmussen unless you can teach yourself to become an RN and have the financial means to change your schedule last minute, EVERY. SINGLE. QUARTER."

"I found a great career path to change to and I can't say enough about how easy Rasmussen made it into becoming a reality. I have 4yr old twins so having free time can be a little tricky but Alicia at Rasmussen Blaine made everything easy and smooth. She consistently kept me informed on what they needed from me and what I needed to do to get signed up for school. She also helped me apply for a few grants that I qualified for. I am very excited about my future and I am very thankful for how easy Rasmussen has made this transition."

It fit into my busy schedule, and my adviser and professors were always there to help! I landed, not just a job, but a CAREER only 2 months after graduation! Education is an investment, so choose your institution wisely! I know I did :)"
