"Again the company is late on making delivery of their product. The other day they were 2 hours late to deliver mulch and again today they will be over two hours late. I have two high school students to help move crushed concrete due to my limited physical condition. The students have part time jobs and as a service to me they come early to help out and now they will have limited time to assist me. This will be the last time I use central wood products for my landscape work. I will end up moving the crushed concrete myself and for two days or more I will feel the pain in my hip and lower back. Thank you central wood products for your lack of concern for your customer!!! Update on my review from yesterday. We all make mistakes or errors in our daily lives. We are judged on our mistake/error yet, we are judged more on how we respond and correct our mistakes. Central Wood products went above and beyond expectations today on providing and delivery of class 5 crush concrete. They called early enough so I could contact one of our neighbor kid to help me move over three yards of crushed concrete. The driver did a great job on spreading my neighbors delivery of crush concrete making it much more easier for him to spread 13 yards of product with his ATV and plow. With today’s customer service , I will continue to use Central Wood Products in the future. Thank you."

"The only place I will get mulch now, great pricing, great quality, slick as heck. I drove up with the trailer, parked out front, went inside, told them what I wanted, paid for it, they radioed out to the operator what my vehicle was and what I was getting, I drove around, waited my turn and he loaded it up like a pro and honked twice when I was all set and I left. Easy on and off from the highway and great circulation on the property for driving with a trailer. Thanks Rivard!"
