"I entered the store to return an item.there was a line for both registers. As I stood in line I realized the sale in front of me was large and would take time.I moved over to the next line…….was not talked to at all and the sales ladies on the floor would walk over with merchandise of customers and put in front of me, this happened three times! I walked out of the store. Horrible customer service!"

"I took my mother out for an early Mother's Day outing. We enjoyed the farmers market and a nice meal at the kings restaurant. We live in the area. We were not greeted when we walked in. There were a few sales women walking around, that completely bypassed me and my mother, and didn't even ask if we needed help. She couldn't remember her size. The front sales person was ringing others up so we understand that she was busy. The one sales person we saw near us, looked us up and down, gave us a dirty look and went around to the other side of store to help someone else. We were dressed nicely. This is my mother's favourite store, and she said that she didn't feel comfortable ever coming back to shop at this location again. Teach your sales reps about respect for all guests. My mother was about to spend up to $200 for pants and a nice top in your store. You missed out on a sale."

"I am a long time Chico's customer (phenomenal level) and was treated 'strictly by policy' today when I wanted to return an obviously defective garment. It was past 60 days and no ifs and or buts about it, no store credit, no nothing. I was extremely disappointed that any customer would be treated that way. I love Chico's clothing but not the manager at this store. I actually called Florida to express my dissatisfaction and they said the store manager has the discretion to do what they think is right. So I guess to her, a disgruntled customer who writes negative reviews is what she thinks is right! Beware of return policies, Shoppers. Costco has better return policies than a store that thinks they have great customer service. Figure that one out!"

"I’m 20 years old and I went looking for a birthday gift for my grandma. After being told they closed their registers early at Soft Surroundings, our day was completely turned around by the ladies closing at this Chico’s location! They made us feel so welcome even though it was about 5-10 minutes to closing! They reassured us and helped us pick out the perfect gift for her. They really went the extra mile and I will be telling all of my friends and family about the wonderful experience I had tonight."

"Denise was awesome in helping me select items that were right for me and the manager on duty that day (11/10/19 around closing), also was very lovely. I also really like everything I purchased from this dress that fit perfectly to the shirts and pants I selected. Great shopping experience."
