"Used for in-town truck rental and storage. Truck rental went smoothly. They did not do the no-contact pickup as requested, but instead had the truck running to warm up the cabin (it was a very cold day). Fine by me. Storage rental was easy. Had an issue with the access code not working but they resolved it. I did have to call a few times to ensure they closed out my storage rental, since it took over a week after I moved out via the U-Haul app. Minor issues, would rent here again."
