"Horrible place to go! I will never make an appointment here again. They told me to be at the vet at 7:30 in the morning. I was 10 minutes late and they turned me away and said they have a strict policy that you can only be 5 minutes late. For one I was never told of this policy. I never even got a reminder call yesterday I had to call them to confirm my appointment. I'm 45 minutes away and had to miss work and they still wouldn't let me do my appointment! So upset right now."

"Everyone was so helpful & when it was time to say my final goodbye to my girl Osita, they explained everything going on & allowed me as much time as I needed to say goodbye. I have 3 other fur babies that we take there. I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a good veterinary hospital. I love that they have"cheese visits" to get your fur baby used to going in so that it's not so traumatic when you do have to take them in for something major."

"Dr. Brown and ALL her staff are absolutely AMAZING! We have been going to Riverside for a few years now since we moved to Dayton. My dogs both have a lot of anxiety when it comes to going to any vet but I have seen a huge difference in the level of stress in my dogs since bring them here. Dr. Brown and her staff has made us feel so comfortable my dogs are still anxious but once in the room they are so happy and excited to see everyone. Anytime there has been something wrong with either of my dogs the office gets them in right away. One of my dogs had something going on in her mouth. Dr. Brown let me know that they were booked out for a month for dental but Dr. Brown got us in the next day! She told me she didn't want my dog to be uncomfortable or in pain and she made it work.
