"BEWARE of the pricing scam that PODS uses. They will quote you a final price but then break down 3 charges with different amounts that you are responsible figuring out DO NOT match and exceeds their quoted price. They then send you an email quote that has a pre-tax quote amount so that they can overcharge you without proof on your end. Complete scam! Also, if you need to call customer service for an update on your container arrival which does not during the 3 hour window provided, you are unable to get connected with a local agent for help. Very frustrating experience and was overcharged with no resolution or care by PODS. Terrible company! Do not use!!"

"The worst experience we've EVER had with a company. They lost our container, forgot to ship it once they did locate it, and delayed our access to critical belongings such as our disabled child's wheelchair and medical supplies for over two weeks. Do NOT use them for cross-country moving."
