"Watched the mailman purposely not deliver a package needed for my business, on top of already being a day late on delivery. Even ran down the street trying to stop them. Never shipping anything through USPS again."

"Rude... Every time I go here I am met with cranky and rude employees. Not one of them seems to like their job or want to be there."

In the past I have tracked meds to the post office and they said they haven't seen them.i know the area is growing but still hire people who aren't thieves."

"Always putting my mail and packages in other peoples box!!! My significant other has cancer and was sent a card with check from family in California recently, never received it! Also, a few weeks ago I had a package said it was delivered, called them and they sent someone out to check and sure enough, in someone else’s box! Yesterday my neighbor called to say I had 3 letters in her box for me. I have called the post office and complained several times but it keeps happening. I have informed delivery so I know what I should be getting. The next time this happens I’m going beyond the local level as this has not helped in the least bit."

"When delivering packages they do not ring bell or put packages by front door which has a roof so packages are somewhat protected.. instead they leave them by front of garage where it is difficult for my handicap parents to recover them or even know they are there. What ever happen to customer service?!"
