"Was forced to use this company as part of a military move. Worse movers I’ve had spanning a 20 year career. Many broken items along with “lost” items. Upon delivery, they actually started unloading another customer’s belongings. Filed a claim and they are unwilling to take any responsibility. Stay clear of this business. At the point where the BBB will get involved."

An associate by the name of Veronica fielded my call, as she proceeded to mock my intelligence for not knowing how the booking process worked. She repeatedly interrupted my questions and hung up on me twice, before I could attempt to schedule moving assistance three weeks from the time of my call. I will be taking my business elsewhere, and I would not recommend Barrett to anyone."
