"If I could give them no stars, I would. They are simply unreliable so if you are counting on them to bring your lunch, you may go hungry, like I am today. They claim they left lunch with the building security guard even though there is Foodsby rack off of our building lobby and other customers' food was delivered there today. The guard does not have my lunch and knows better than to ask Foodsby to leave it with her. Previously, they have delivered my lunch late enough that I don't have time to eat it because I meetings and cannot take my meal into the meeting. I'm done having anything to do with them. The "service" does not work. I suggest you order from somewhere else."

"Absolutely terrible service provider that hold little to no accountability on the food vendor. If you want food, on time and correct, do not choose this organization. After nearly a year, the on time ratio of deliveries are 10:1."

"They constantly cancel food orders and don’t even send out cancellation emails and then continue to offer the restaurants that cancel consistently. Customer service is non existent as well. They also cancel the orders after all their other restaurants are not available so you don’t even have another option for ordering when they cancel."

"I have placed three orders with Foodsby in the past two months. Only the first order was okay (though late by 15 minutes), the second two orders both had significant issues. One arrived over an hour late, which was outside the window I had available to me for lunch that day (but they were responsive to my emails). For today's order, I sent multiple email inquiries starting 15 minutes after my order was supposed to arrive. I received no response and ended up leaving work to pick up lunch a little over an hour after my Foodsby order should have arrived. Two hours and 20 minutes after my order should have arrived I received an order cancellation from Foodsby and a $1 coupon for a future order. They shouldn't have wasted the effort of generating that coupon code, as I will not order from them again and will not recommend them to anyone."

"I've used Foodsby back before COVID there were no issues. Now that I'm back in the office this service is terrible. You can only contact them via email no phone number my order was hr late way pass my lunch time. Did receive an refund however I was left without a lunch. Now today the website is down however the restaurant NEVER got my order so again left without no lunch. Very upsetting have to work on a empty stomach. I'm done using this service."
