"Off strip shopping in Vegas is awful! There are no real department stores, only these sketchy outlets. A giant man followed me and my son all around this place, pretending to shop and staring at us. When I asked him if he works there he told me no. I was so nervous to leave incase he followed us out. I found some employees to tell them about this guy and they said he DOES work there. The encounter was soo unsettling I feel traumatized. I’ve never been to a Nordstroms Rack before and was actually enjoying shopping here, I went back three times in three days and purchased a whole new work wardrobe. They have cute cotton tops. But I guess they were like, how suspicious that a woman is enjoying our store and spending money. Let’s make her feel like a petty thief after buying 20+ items and terrify her into never coming back. Two stars because it was clean and everyone else was really nice. Absolutely bizarre and scary experience."

"I ordered some Boy Smells candles online and was thrilled to be able to pick them up nearby within 2 days. Since I was there, I looked around. The selection and prices were decent. Picking up the order felt a little awkward. The counter is where the fitting rooms are and it was crowded in the area. People going into fitting rooms, people coming out of fitting rooms, employees, people waiting for people that are using fitting rooms . . . No matter where you stand, you're in someone's way. The person behind the counter didn't have the scanner device but he asked for my ID and then took it with him while he went to get the order. He comes back with my order and DL. I put my DL away and another employee comes up with a scanner and asks to see my ID. The 1st employee tells her he already saw it. They seemed a little harried and unorganized."

"Change your store hours if you don’t honor what’s on your Google page. Went to their store 2/13/24 at 8:13PM and thought I had enough time cause it states they close at 9PM. Arrived and saw a blonde lady already locking the doors and put down the shutters. Really disappointed cause I was looking for a last minute valentine gift for my husband. Won’t be coming to this one no more and won’t recommend it to others. Stay going to the summerlin location everyone."

"They have nice stuff and a decent selection but management is a mess. I asked for help and was merely pointed in the direction without any real assistance finding it. What's up with this kind of service these days? When I asked for actual help the employee said they weren't allowed to do so, that otherwise they would be written up by their manager. I was upset and asked around and found out the managers name was Jenny. How are you going to reprimand your employees for catering to your customers? You wouldn't have a store or a job without us. I can't imagine this is what is going on everywhere, but I also couldn't imagine this was happening anywhere. I feel bad for the employees having to walk on eggshells because someone less than competent in their role lacks leadership and common sense. Customer service should always come first, that's Retail 101. I will not bother with this place solely based on how it treats its employees. If they had any sense they'd either remove Jenny or at least correct her and educate her before she spreads such an absurd and illogical idea around to the rest of her staff via intimidation. I've read other reviews that address the apparent misery the employees seem to emanate here and I wouldn't be surprised if this person were the cause of at least some of it. Management makes or breaks a place. Someone like that should not be in charge of anything that had to do with the public. Good luck getting far with that kind of dead weight."

"Very nice store plenty of shoe selections. Nice men selections . The only thing was an odd smell when I was in the store."
