"Baring vet has been my family's vet since the late 80's. The vets have always been knowledgeable and kind. As the techs to. I will always take my furbabies to them. No matter how far I live in reno."
"While we have gotten good care, getting care is tricky and sometimes impossible. It is over two months for any type of appointment. You can get an “urgent” care appointment…for a fee, and then you can wait for a crazy amount of time while they “prioritize” your need. It’s insane and definitely time to find a new vet. The phone staff is ill informed of urgent care practices."
"Good as usual.. Only thing is, at checkout, the screen doesn't tell you the amount at all. The devotions said, " trust me, just put your card in." I said, " There's nothing indicating an amount." She said, " it's okay, it's 45. 50.". I felt very uncomfortable paying that way."
"Chrissy in the rehab portion is amazing. She is always there for all her patients whether they have 4 legs or 2❤️"
"Ever since baring went corporate (VCA), care has tanked. Good vets went elsewhere, open hours cut, emergency and weekend walk ins cut. Case in point, and not knowing the former, I took my pup in on a Saturday because she had something in her eye. Was ignored for several minutes, i was finally asked if i had an appointment. I said no and asked if i could make one. without looking at the schedule, the attendant said no, even though the place was empty except for the front staff. All the while, none of them showed an ounce of compassion for a hurting puppy. Avoid this place, as the front staff did not seem remotely interested in care."
