"Jessalyn at DTS was horrible. Basically called me a liar because the items I returned did not come with tags but she insisted they should have. It was a 5 pack I ordered online, no tags. Verified by Angie at customer service that indeed the 5 pack items DID not come with tags and the items should have been returned. Jessalyn was adamant, rude and unprofessional and did not stand by customer service code of a positive experience. Angie was amazing, Jessalyn is the reason I will never patronize Soma again… and I have shared my disgust at her behavior with all my friends."

"I am a changed woman since trying on Soma bras yesterday! I had a baby 2 years ago and my size has changed so much and I was definitely wearing the wrong sized bras that were causing several complications. I was so tired of the other popular place I normally go to so decided to try this place and I was wowed by the amazing quality, the great fit and the wonderful customer service! Sara was absolutely amazing!! Such great help, the sweetest tone, and just made me feel so comfortable. I will forever be a customer especially at this location. "OMG. The customer service at this location was so wonderful! Aileen helped me and my mom for my mother's bra, and we experienced unforgettable, great customer service here. I really appreciated Aileen because she gave such a nice impression to my mom who came from the other side of the world to enjoy her vacation. Although we couldn't get the bra due to their lack of inventory, however we were still happy with our shopping experience, thanks to Aileen!"
