"I feel that the salespeople are educated well on empathy, body positivity, and catering to customers of all shapes and genders. The jeans here are fantastic, and I love the upcycling program with being able to turn in no longer wanted jeans to Thred Up to get a coupon towards regular-priced denim jeans. Also, there is a program online to print labels to turn in clothing, purses, shoes, and other items that may be used in the Thred Up or recycled if they cannot be sold. The denim is so comfy, stretchy, and worth the price, and the staff can tell you so much about the styles/cuts. If your size or length of jeans is not in store, it can possibly be ordered by them online while you are in the shop to ensure you are ordering what you want. I have been so glad I remembered to come in the past month. I have sent in 1 box through their program where you print a free label for your box, I think which must be under 30 lbs, to drop off at a FedEx or USPS, and I have purchased one kick-out crop pair, and have ordered one online thanks to a salesperson in-store when a certain shade of blue and a short/petite length was out of stock at Downtown Summerlin. Thanks, everybody for your help so far! Off the top of my head, I can remember Anna was the first salesperson who told me all about denim jeans styles after I told her what kinds of cut (like between skinny jeans and flare) and colors, and prefer hemmed over the raw/ripped type. This is how I got into buying the kick-out crop on my 2nd visit, turning in a pair of jeans currently too baggy and loose so I could have the coupon which I saved to go towards the online purchase assisted by another salesperson on my 3rd or 4th recent visit of stovepipe style. I look to find more maxi skirts in the future. This is one of the only jeans brands I want to wear from now on, as it is stretchy, many mid-rise and high-rise as I prefer, and it's so worth it due to the comfort and possible longevity of the fabric for their denim. The store is also well-maintained and easy to walk through. I feel safe and comfortable every visit as well, and there is never high pressure. They want to make sure you are satisfied and will buy what you truly are looking for, so this is also very awesome."

"I bought two pair of jeans here a month or so ago. I had never been to a madewell store before or bought their jeans ever. I can’t remember the girls name who helped me but she ran back probably 10+ times to swap out styles and sizes. They were all super nice and encouraging as I tried on different sizes. THE JEANS FIT AMAZING. I’m normally a 16 in other brands but at madewell I am a 14. I was nervous about sizing down but they fit so well and flatter my curves. I will never buy jeans from another store. I also love that I’m supporting a brand that is made in USA. Thank you!!!"
