"I called 9 or 10 times about a shipment that is stuck at a warehouse in Philadelphia. Was told the first 7 times that I would receive a call back. Never did. I called a few more times and the line would go dead or start ringing and I had to call back. The last time I called the guy actually stayed on the line and after waiting for almost 2 hours I was provided an email address. Still have no answers and no idea if and when I will receive my package. The WORST customer service experience I hope I ever have."
