"While dog sitting, the dog we were caretaking tore a nail Kings row was listed as the vet. When calling to let the vet know we had an emergency, and after going through a full minute recording explaining limited hours due to understaffing, we were told that they would not see the animal. They are appointment only. There was Zero concern for the animal. No recommendations of care (I asked), no referral to an emergency care vet (I asked), no compassion what so ever (not even a hint of concern) they barely listened to the description of the emergency. Just no, we are appointment only. If this is indicative of the actual “care” they give…. I would steer clear."
