"I have been taking my laundry to Pilgrim Cleaners in Long Lake for a few years now. The Manager Alyassa is very friendly and attentive to my requests. Do to a medical condition she put a rush on cleaning I needed the next day which was carried out without a flaw. She always greets me with a large smile and calls me by name. I have found other members of the staff to be friendly and also outgoing. I have never had an issue with missing clothing and items that I left in pockets were returned to me when I picked up my order. I hope the current staff remains in place for many years. R. Campbell"
"I’ve been a Pilgrim route/delivery customer for years. They are reliable and trustworthy, very dependable. My route driver, Dave, has been terrific. We’ve never missed a pick up/drop off, rain or shine or blizzard. I occasionally leave items in my pockets (including cash) and they have been returned to me with my clothes. Our laundry is professionally done and this service is incredibly convenient."
