"Don't bother trying to call, you won't get through to a person. I'm sure they're "always so busy" when there should be someone answering a phone. Not to mention after you haven't received your mail in almost 2 entire weeks. Makes zero sense."

"They are the definition of worthless. I paid $11 to get an envelope somewhere in 2 days. Well it's been 4 days and it has only gone about 19 miles, seriously its only gone from shakopee to minneapolis in 4 days. Am i in the twilight zone or just joe bidens america ? When I called they basically told me oh well you should've paid more to get it there faster and b/c you didn't pay more it doesn't qualify for a refund. Thanks alot shakopee usps. No wonder 1 star reviews dominate their reviews."

"This is the worst post office in the state. I have time sensitive medications that have to be delivered by mail, and these jackwagons don't deliver 6 days a week like everyone else. I've had my Rx delivered to the wrong house 5x. I'm filing a complaint with my insurer and prescriber who are consistently on time."

"This isn’t so much an experience of their building, but their distribution…. Easily the slowest district I’ve ever been in. And at least once a week, they just don’t deliver mail. And I don’t mean on Sunday… I mean a package will say arriving Friday, and then it will mark as out for delivery Friday morning…. And then no mail comes, none at all, my neighbors don’t get mail… they just decided to not work that day. Then some days I’ll have a package out for delivery and then it when it doesn’t get delivered I check and the status update says something like “unable to deliver, no access to address”…. And this is not during some blizzard… this is just a random beautiful day…. It as absolutely pathetic. Whoever runs this post office should be fired for cause. 3 weeks since making this review, I had a package show up, that showed delivered a month ago. And two packages that say delivered yesterday (in mailbox), that aren't delivered. So either your mailman is dyslexic and can't read numbers- or you're just a bunch of liars."

"Packages are often marked as delivered when they were not. Sometimes when that happens my package will show up hours later or my neighbor will find it with their pacakages. I understand the occasional mistake but this is a regular occurrence. I receive mail that is not addressed to our address at least once a week. On one occasion it was from another neighborhood entirely. It’s frustrating to track down a lost package because I have to sit on hold with USPS for 50+ minutes at a time. Certified mail and packages are marked as “Left with Individual” when they are shoved into the mailbox instead. And packages are just being left on top of the mailboxes."
